Meet your Recruiting Professional

Kelli Whitlock grew up in Newnan, Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. After pursuing a career in counseling and working with children she switched career paths and started her journey in Talent Acquisition. Since 2013, Kelli has worked as an HR and Recruiting Professional in manufacturing/ production, construction, technology, hospitality and healthcare industries meeting the talent staffing requests of many diverse roles. Over the years she has helped guide many directors and managers to develop Job Descriptions, Performance Reviews, Pay Scales, and Healthy Working Environments to grow and improve their businesses for the long haul. 

Living out her Enneagram 1 & 2 tendencies, Kelli describes herself as a true people person with a passion for helping others. She is a big believer of personal growth by investing in your mental and physical health and wellness. You can find Kelli playing Tennis when she isn’t discovering new places and adventures with her husband James and 4 children.
